Welcome to KeiVanLife. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the KeiVanLife platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KeiVanLife platform, mobile application, or any other features, technologies, or functionalities offered by KeiVanLife (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Changes to Terms

KeiVanLife reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify KeiVanLife immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

Our Services allow you to create, upload, and share content, including itineraries, connectivity reports, and workspace reviews ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant KeiVanLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and have the right to grant the license above
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
  • Your User Content is accurate and not misleading

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Submit false or misleading connectivity reports or workspace reviews
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services
  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Services
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from KeiVanLife

6. Connectivity Data and Reports

KeiVanLife provides information about connectivity strength and workspace availability based on user-contributed data and other sources. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of this information, we cannot guarantee its completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

You acknowledge that connectivity conditions may change rapidly and that you should not rely solely on KeiVanLife's data for critical work or communications needs. You are responsible for verifying connectivity information and making appropriate backup plans.

7. Itinerary Planning

KeiVanLife offers itinerary planning tools and recommendations based on connectivity data and other factors. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute travel advice. You are responsible for:

  • Verifying all travel information, including accommodation availability, transportation options, and local conditions
  • Obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, permits, and insurance
  • Ensuring your own safety and security while traveling
  • Making appropriate backup plans in case of connectivity issues or other disruptions

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by KeiVanLife, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KEIVANLIFE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

KEIVANLIFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. KEIVANLIFE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF THE CONNECTIVITY DATA, ITINERARY RECOMMENDATIONS, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KEIVANLIFE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeiVanLife and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fukuoka, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.

14. Termination

KeiVanLife may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that KeiVanLife, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third party, or KeiVanLife.
